Candidates will get admission in Delhi University on the basis of marks in their previous course. Candidates, who want to take admission in under graduate course, must have 10+2 quality certificate from recognized board or institute with 45 % minimum marks. And those who are ready to take admission in post graduate course, must have 50 % marks in their bachelor degree and also on the basis of marks in entrance exam. So, competition is tough for candidates for PG courses. They must have to do good preparation so that they can score qualifying marks in the entrance exam.

Candidates will also apply for taking admission in medical filed for BDS, MBBS, MDS, MD or any other course in Delhi University course. For this, they have to qualify NEET exam with good score. Special relaxation in NEET exam marks will be given to candidates who belong to schedule caste, schedule tribe and other backward classes and they have to score atleast 40 % marks in this exam. Rests of candidates have to score more than 50 % marks in NEET exam so that they can get DU admissions in medical course.
